Our Website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our ongoing efforts include:
- Using clear headings and page structure that work with screen readers
- Adding text descriptions to meaningful images
- Keeping text readable with sufficient color contrast
- Supporting keyboard navigation
- Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility as we add them
Some content is provided by third parties, such as our online booking engine, maps, social media feeds and embedded reviews. We work with these partners on accessibility, but some of their features may not fully meet our standards. If any part of booking online is difficult to use, please call us and we will be glad to make your reservation by phone.
Our Hotel
The Gallatin is a restored historic church building. The hotel does not have a guest elevator, and guest rooms are reached by stairs. A luggage lift is available to carry bags between floors.
If you have mobility needs or other accessibility questions, please contact us before booking. We are happy to describe our rooms and help you find the best option for your stay. Service animals are welcome.
