From June 1st, 2021- February 28th, 2022 The Gallatin only requires a 1 night minimum stay. Starting on April 1st, 2022, we have a two night minimum on Friday & Saturday and require those nights to be booked together. From November, 25th – February 1st we only require 1 night on Friday and Saturdays due to the slow season (with the exception of NYE weekend which is a 2 night minimum).
Email email@example.com for possible exceptions. If your reservation dates are during a big event or holiday, additional nights/costs may be required and acceptance for these reservations is at the discretion of the hotel.
All guests that book with us must text or email us a picture of their photo ID or passport to verify their information. We only need to see the name, DOB, and expiration date on the ID. Drivers license numbers can be covered in the picture. We do this to stop anyone from booking with a stolen credit card and to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age.
In an effort to make sure every guest has an amazing experience and a great night’s sleep, we have a strict noise policy for the rooms and the lobby from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please refrain from yelling, playing loud music, or making any large or unnecessary noises between those times. The Gallatin reserves the right to fine guests up to $150 and are subject to eviction after the 2nd complaint.
Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel or change your reservation. Event/holiday reservations are non-refundable. To receive a full refund, you must cancel 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 29-14 days before arrival, you can receive 50% of the reservation total back. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, your reservation is non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for guests that do not like their room layout. Please read room details before booking. Refunds will not be given for events that are out of our control.
*Our cancellation policy for large group bookings is different from our standard cancellation policy (depending on the # of rooms you book). If you are interested in booking multiple rooms and need more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:30 a.m. CST. We operate a completely autonomous hotel without staff or a check in concierge. All check in information, including the key code to access the building and your room, will be sent to you via email the day before arrival. If you are in town before check in, you are welcome to place your luggage in our storage lockers in the lobby and start exploring the city until 4:00pm. If you still need to enter your room before check in or stay past check out, please request this upon booking to inquire if the Gallatin can accommodate. Please note this special accommodation is at the sole discretion of the hotel. Unavoidable delays may occur so there is a possibility your room may not be ready by your check in time. Your patience will be appreciated. Note: Early departures will be charged per the original reservation.
There is a parking lot behind the building exclusive for guests of The Gallatin & Fat Bottom Tap Room. Each room booked is allotted one parking space. Upon booking please enter the color, make and model of your car into your booking form so we can register your car for the dates you will be in town. If you do not have your vehicle information at the time of booking, please note that you are bringing a car in the booking form and get the info to us as soon as possible. You can send your car details via text or email to 615-861-1634 or email@example.com and be sure to include your name & room number if you know it. Cars that are not registered before arrival will be towed. Visitors are not permitted to park in the lot and spaces on the street are subject to towing. We suggest visitors use a ride-sharing service to avoid complications.
Guests assume full financial responsibility for damages due to misuse or negligence. Prior to check-out, please report any damages that occurred during your stay. The Gallatin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the hotel or parking lot.
The total number of persons allowed in the room at any time is restricted to the stated limit. Absolutely no parties allowed. Any violators will be evicted without refund.
